WildRoots Wild Chips: a tortilla chip with kale and chia

Costco strikes again with these delicious tortilla chips!  While wandering the aisles we came across this delicious looking snack and it went straight into our cart.

I was excited to try yet another WildRoots product, as I have come to know and love this company’s fantastic items (like here and here).  For some reason, I’ve only been able to find these products at Costco so whenever I come across a new one, I get pretty excited!

Let me preface this by saying I’m addicted to tortilla chips, specifically one of the other brands that you can buy at Costco, the Que Pasa organic white tortilla chips (see here). So I was pretty sure I’d love these chips, and did I ever!  They are indeed as the package shows them, light green in colour with little specks of chia and kale.  They are just the perfect level of saltiness and crunch, with that great tortilla chip flavour that I love.  They are tasty to eat plain on their own, or are great dipped in hummus, guacamole, salsa - really just about anything!

Although the price of this bag was pretty steep at just under $7, it is quite large and would serve a huge crowd if necessary.  I would definitely buy these again!
